Reports
Read business reports on sales, revenue, order shipping, and patients — and export them safely.
This page shows you how to read your business reports. Reports tell you how much you sold, how orders are shipping, and how many patients you have.
Only a Client Admin can open Reports. Client Staff do not see this page.
Can you skip this for now? Yes. You do not need Reports to go live. Come back when you want to see how your business is doing.
What each report shows
Reports come in three groups. Start with the question you want to answer. Then open the group that holds it.
| Report group | What you learn |
|---|---|
| Sales & revenue | How much you sold and earned. It shows Paid sales, Net revenue (money left after refunds), Average order value (average spend per order), Paid orders, and Refund rate. Charts show Paid sales over time and Top products. |
| Fulfillment | How orders are shipping. It shows Avg time to delivery, Refills, and Active prescriptions. A chart shows Orders in flight (orders still moving). |
| Patients | How many patients you have. It shows Total patients and Active patients (last 30 days). Charts show Coupon usage and Staff activity. |
Read and export a report
Open Reports
In the left menu, click Reports. The Reports page opens. You see the three groups: Sales & revenue, Fulfillment, and Patients.
Pick your date range
At the top, choose a range like 30d (the last 30 days) or 90d. The numbers change to match. Pick Custom to set your own start and end dates.
Narrow it down
The date range is your main filter. Pick a shorter range to focus on one week or one month. The Staff activity table also has a search box to find one person.
Read the numbers on screen
Look at the group that answers your question. Check the numbers and charts first, before you export anything.
Export what you need
When the report answers your question, click Export. A CSV file downloads to your computer. Save only the report you need, not everything.
Heads up — exports include patient names and health details. Treat every download as sensitive.
Save it in a safe place. Share it only with people who must see it. Follow your organization's privacy rules.
Reports show you what happened. To change or fix something, open the page it came from — Orders, Patients, or Prescriptions.
Download on a schedule. If you use exports for bookkeeping, download them at the end of each day or each month. That way you will not forget any.
