Update Schedule
Publish the hours you can see patients and run your scheduled visits.
For Providers: publish the hours you can see patients so video and phone visits (sync visits) land where you can take them, then run your visit day. Unbooked hours help no one; stale hours create missed visits. Who can do this: Providers set their own availability; Admins and Provider Delegates manage the wider schedule — see Roles & Permissions.
Open VisitsSet your hours
Open Sync Visits
Go to Sync Visits and open your availability.
Add slots inside operating hours
Your availability must sit inside the network's allowed business hours.
Keep it current
Update availability ahead of time off — booking depends on it. Some changes create a request an Admin handles from Notifications.

How booking uses your hours
Admins and Provider Delegates create visits by picking a client, patient, visit mode, and one of your available slots — patients can only land where you've published availability inside operating hours. Your Admin sets those hours in Network Settings.
Your visit day
Review upcoming visits
Check your scheduled visits at the start of the day.
Join during the visit window
Join during the allowed window — patients can join shortly before the scheduled start and for a limited time after it.
Complete and chart
Finish the encounter, complete charting and the SOAP note, and record any required clinical decision.

Your charting layout and SOAP tools are configured by your Admin — see Charting Options.
If patients aren't booking with you, confirm your availability sits inside operating hours and your licenses cover their states — see Credential Checks.
Why can't I add slots outside certain hours?
Availability must sit inside the network's allowed business hours. If operating hours need to change, ask your Admin — they're set in Network Settings.
